The Help system can be found on your GFI MAX dashboard and covers all aspects of the RemoteManagement system - from installing the Advanced Monitoring Agent, its settings, System Reporting and Asset Tracking, through to Proactive Monitoring and MainHelp Resourcestenance.

You can also find out about configuration and implementation of features, such as Take Control, Patch Management, Managed Antivirus and Managed Online Backup - dip in and make the most of these resources!
