Alerting

Get alerted to issues with instant email and SMS alerts the moment GFI MAX RemoteManagement detects a problem - and before your users even know they have one!

MSPs and IT support companies can configure email and SMS alerts in seconds: by client, by check-type, in-hours/out-of-hours - in virtually any way. You'll get a short, accurate alert that informs you of the exact cause of the problem as soon as it arises so you can fix it fast - all for just a few pennies per day.  And if you want an alert sent to a different destination depending on the time of day, this facility is provided too.

By default, emails are generated for every check failure or overdue server, with the option to add SMS alerting. Alerting may not be necessary for certain checks or servers so we have incorporated an option to enable or disable email and SMS alerts as required. 

There is nothing worse than receiving unnecessary alerts, which can distract you from responding to more immediate problems, so GFI MAX RemoteManagement users are given six easy steps to reduce the number of unnecessary alerts - easy!
